Assistant Coach	Diploma or equivalent in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or any recognized university. Olympics/Para Olympics/International participation. Dronacharya Awardee	Officers working under Central/State Govt., PSUs, etc., with analogous posts or 5 years of regular service in Level-5.
Coach/Senior Coach	Diploma or equivalent in Coaching. Medal winner in Olympics/Para Olympics/World Championship or Twice Olympics Participation. Olympics/Para Olympics/International participation. Dronacharya Awardee	Officers with analogous posts or 3 years of regular service in Level-7, or 8 years in Level-6. Officers with 5 years of regular service in Level-10.
High-Performance Coach	Diploma or equivalent in Coaching. Medal winner in Olympics/Para Olympics/World Championship or Twice Olympics Participation. Dronacharya Awardee 15 years of coaching experience.	Officers with analogous posts or 5 years of regular service in Level-12.

SAI Coach Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The candidates will be selected based on Higher Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, Percentage of Marks obtained in Graduation, Strength & Conditioning Certification, Sports achievement, and Interviews.
