• Visit Official Portal : Go to the official HSSC website or the specific CET Phase-II application portal.
• Log In : Use your HSSC CET Phase-I Registration Number and Password.
• Fill Application : Select the relevant advertisement (e.g., Advt. 02/2026 or 04/2026) and fill in educational/personal details carefully.
• Upload Documents : Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, educational certificates, and category certificate (if applicable).
• Submit Preferences : Select your preferred positions and departments carefully, as changes are not allowed after submission.
• Finalize : Submit the form and download/print the final application for future reference.

Selection Process

• Stage 1 : CET Phase-I (Preliminary) : Candidates must have qualified the Common Eligibility Test (CET) to be eligible.
• Stage 2 : Shortlisting : HSSC shortlists candidates based on CET scores, typically up to 10 times the number of vacancies per post.
• Stage 3 : Written Examination (Mains) : An offline (OMR-based) exam with 100 questions (70% subject-related, 20% General Awareness, 10% Computer Knowledge).
• Stage 4 : Skill/Physical Test : Required for specific posts (e.g., stenography, computer proficiency).
• Stage 5 : Document Verification (DV) : Original documents are checked against uploaded documents.
• Stage 6 : Final Merit List : Prepared based on written exam scores and applicable socio-economic criteria.
