How to Apply

• Visit Official Website : Go to the official HSSC website.
• Navigate to Apply Link : Click on the "Apply Online" link for the Advertisement No. 01/2025 or 03/2026 related to Group C vacancies.
• Login with CET ID : Enter your Phase-I CET registration number and date of birth.
• Fill Form & Select Posts : Fill in the application form, ensuring you select your preferred Group C posts, departments, or corporations.
• Upload Documents : Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, educational certificates, and other required documents.
• Submit & Print : Review all entered details for accuracy, submit the application, and save a copy for future reference.

Selection Process

• CET Phase-I Qualification : Candidates must have qualified the preliminary Haryana Common Eligibility Test.
• Application for Phase-II : Eligible candidates must apply online through the official HSSC portal (e.g., adv042026.hryssc.com) using their CET Phase-I Registration Number.
• Shortlisting : Candidates are shortlisted, often up to 10-15 times the number of vacancies, based on their CET scores.
• Written Examination (Mains) : An offline, OMR-based exam containing 100 MCQs (1 mark each) covering Subject Related Knowledge (70%), General Awareness (20%), and Computer Knowledge (10%).
  • Duration : 1 Hour 45 Minutes.
  • Negative Marking : -1 mark for unattempted questions; no penalty for wrong answers.
• Skill/Trade Test (If Applicable) : Specific posts (e.g., stenographers) require a qualifying skill or trade test.
• Document Verification (DV) : Scrutiny of original certificates.
• Final Selection & Merit List : Prepared based on the combined marks of the written exam and potentially socio-economic criteria.
