Selection Process
Stage 1 : Computer Based Test (CBT) : A 90-minute online exam comprising 100 multiple-choice questions. Section A : 70 questions on Technical Knowledge (Discipline-specific). Section B : 30 questions on General Knowledge, Reasoning, Verbal & Mental Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude. Stage 2 : Document Verification : Candidates qualifying in the CBT will undergo verification of original documents, including educational certificates and, for technical roles, a 3-year diploma. Medical Examination : Final medical assessment as per CIL rules. Tie-Breaking : If scores are equal, the candidate with higher marks in Section A, then older age, is preferred.
