Selection process For Trainee Officers : Candidates are shortlisted based on their UGC NET / CLAT scores and academic qualifications. This is followed by a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview. For Senior Medical Officers : The selection is based on the candidate's MBBS marks and experience, a Group Discussion, and a Personal Interview. Final Score Calculation : For all roles, the final selection will be based on a combined score, with a significant weightage given to the written/academic components and the remainder to the interview and group discussion.
