How to Apply

Step 1 : Verify Eligibility

  • Educational Qualification : You must hold an Engineering degree in the relevant subject (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Agricultural) from a recognized university.
  • Age Limit : You must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of January 1, 2026.
  • Essential Documents : Ensure you have all required documents (educational, caste, domicile, etc.) issued on or before February 19, 2026.

Step 2 : Access the Application Portal

Step 3 : Fill Out the Application Form

  • Personal Details : Use your 10th Class (High School) certificate to enter your name, father's name, and date of birth exactly as they appear.
  • Exam Center Selection : * M.P. Residents: Select two preferred cities in order of priority from Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Gwalior.
  • Outside State Candidates : These candidates will only be allotted Indore as their exam center.
  • Employment Registration : M.P. residents must provide their live employment registration details by the time of the interview (not mandatory at the time of application).

Step 4 : Pay the Application Fee

  • Fees can be paid online via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Internet Banking.
  • Alternatively, you can pay in cash at authorized M.P. Online Kiosks.
  • Ensure the form status shows "Payment Done".

Step 5 : Error Correction (If Needed)

  • If you make a mistake, you can correct the form (except for your name) between January 26, 2026, and February 21, 2026.
  • A correction fee of ₹50 per session applies.

Selection Process

Stage 1 : OMR-Based Written Examination

  • Format : The exam consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions.
  • Method : It is an OMR-based offline exam.
  • Negative Marking : There is a provision for negative marking for incorrect answers.
  • Date : The written exam is scheduled for March 22, 2026.
  • Shortlisting : Candidates are shortlisted for the interview stage based on their merit in the written exam. Typically, candidates numbering three times the total vacancies (including those with tied marks) in each category are called for the interview.

Stage 2 : Interview (Personal Interview)

  • Process : Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents for verification at the time of the interview.
  • Employment Registration : M.P. residents must provide a valid (live) employment registration certificate by the time they submit documents for the interview.

Stage 3 : Final Selection

  • Merit List : The final selection list is prepared based on the aggregate marks obtained in both the written examination and the interview.
  • Waitlist : Along with the main selection list, a waiting list is also prepared.
  • Verification : Final document verification and appointment procedures are conducted by the respective government departments after the commission releases the result
