Qualification Details

• PGT Teacher : Post Graduate in Related Subject (50% Marks), B.Ed (50% Marks).
• TGT Teacher : Graduate in Related Subject (50% Marks), B.Ed (50% Marks).
• PRT Teacher : Any Graduate (50% Marks), D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed (50% Marks).
• Balvatika : Senior Secondary (12th) with at least 50% Marks, Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education (NTT) / Pre-School Education / Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) / D.El.Ed (Nursery)

How to Apply

• Download the Application Form :

  Visit the official website apsdelhicantt.com and go to the "Vacancies" or "Notice" section. Download the "Teaching Staff Application Form."

• Fill the Form :

  • Fill all details in Block Capitals using a blue/black ballpoint pen.

  • Paste one recent colored passport-sized photograph in the designated space.

  • Ensure you specify the post (PGT/TGT/PRT) and subject clearly. A separate application and fee are required if applying for multiple categories.

• Prepare the Demand Draft (DD) :

  • Go to any bank and get a Demand Draft for ₹250.

  • In Favor of : "Army Public School Delhi Cantt" (or as specified in the specific school's notification).

  • Payable at : Delhi.

• Attach Documents (Self-Attested) :

  • Educational certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation).

  • Professional degrees (B.Ed/D.El.Ed).

  • CTET/TET result sheet (mandatory for PRT/TGT).

  • Experience certificates (if any).

  • One additional photograph for the call letter.

• Submission :

  Submit the hard copy of the application along with the original Demand Draft and self-attested documents either by hand at the school reception or via Registered/Speed Post

Selection Process

• Shortlisting : The school reviews your offline application to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria (marks, B.Ed, and CTET/TET).
• Interview : Shortlisted candidates are called for a face-to-face interview with a panel of experts to evaluate subject knowledge and communication.
• Teaching Demo : You will be asked to give a 10–15 minute demonstration lesson to showcase your classroom management and teaching style.
• Computer Test : A basic practical test to check your proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for school work.
• Final Merit : The school prepares a final list based on your combined performance, followed by document verification for the selected candidates.
