Registration : Register with your personal details (if not registered already). Fill Application Form : Fill in personal, communication, and educational qualifications (Class 10 marks). Upload Documents : Upload the required scanned documents, including a photograph, signature, and musical proficiency certificate. Review and Submit : Preview all details and submit the form before April 26, 2026. Pay Application Fee : Pay the required fee through the online portal. Selection Process
Shortlisting/Application Process : Applicants must hold a 10th-grade certificate, be unmarried, and be aged between 17½ - 21 years (born between 01 July, 2004 – 31 December, 2008). A musical proficiency certificate (mandatory) must be uploaded. Physical Fitness Test (PFT) : Candidates shortlisted based on 10th marks/musical merit will take the PFT, which is mandatory and includes: Running : 1.6 km 6 min 30 sec in (Male) / 8 min (Female). Squats (Uthak Baithak) : 20 (Male) / 15 (Female). Push-ups : 10 (Male) / 10 (Female). Written Examination (Offline) : Conducted for those qualifying the PFT. Subjects : Science, Mathematics, and General Awareness. Duration/Questions : 30 minutes for 50 objective-type questions (bilingual). Passing Criteria : Must pass both sections and in aggregate (usually 25% minimum). Music Ability Test (MAT) : Candidates qualifying the written exam will undergo a practical test to demonstrate proficiency in musical instruments. Medical Examination : Candidates who pass the MAT will undergo a recruitment medical exam at designated Military Hospitals. Final Merit List : Prepared based on performances in the Music Ability Test, tentatively published by early July 2026 on the candidate dashboard.
