Find Notification : Select the relevant advertisement for "Management Trainee (Mining) Recruitment 2026". Register : Register using a valid email ID and mobile number. Fill Application Form : Carefully enter personal details, educational qualifications, and GATE 2025 registration details. Selection Process
GATE-2025 Score (60 Marks) : Candidates must have appeared for the GATE-2025 examination in Mining Engineering (MN). The selection is heavily weighted on this score. Shortlisting (1:3 Ratio) : Candidates are shortlisted category-wise in order of merit in a 1:3 ratio (3 candidates for every 1 vacancy). Document Verification (DV) : Shortlisted candidates must present original documents, including caste certificates, degree certificates, mark sheets, and NOC for those currently employed. Initial Medical Examination (IME) : Selected candidates must be found medically fit according to CIL's Medical Attendance Rules. Final Merit List : The final selection list is prepared based on the GATE-2025 score, following the successful completion of the document verification and medical examination.
