DSSSB Librarian Recruitment 2025 Selection Process The selection process for DSSSB Librarian Recruitment 2025 consists of the following stages: 1. Written Examination (Computer-Based Test) : The written exam is objective, consisting of 200 questions divided into four sections: General Aptitude (50 questions, 50 marks) General Knowledge (50 questions, 50 marks) English Language (50 questions, 50 marks) Library Science (50 questions, 50 marks) Total Marks : 200 Duration: General Candidates: 120 minutes PwBD Candidates: 160 minutes Negative Marking: 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer. 2. Merit List : Based on the written exam scores, a merit list is prepared. Candidates must secure the following minimum qualifying marks: General Category: 50% Reserved Categories (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, ESM): 45% 3. Document Verification : Shortlisted candidates from the merit list will be called for document verification. This step involves checking eligibility criteria like age, educational qualifications, and reservation claims. 4. Final Selection : The final selection is made based on the merit-cum-preference of candidates. Preferences for posts in District and Family Courts will be taken during the e-dossier submission.
